Me to You - Spring Chic Stepper Card Kits

This is one of the Do Crafts stepper card kits from the Me to You range. I have looked at these kits before and finally decided to purchase one to see if they are value for money. As they are featuring on this page you can be assured that they certainly are. The kit makes 4 cards however there are 4 toppers left over so you can actually make eight cards altogether which certainly makes it value for money. They all feature the Tatty Bear which is a very cute design and although they are themed towards Easter I found you could actually change some of them to fit any occasion.

The kit contains 4 preprinted and scored step cards, envelopes and 4 sheets of die cuts (2 designs). Fold along the score lines so the card looks the same as above. The shapes pop out of the card. This is actually the front of the card and it gets built up with the other push out pieces from the sheet. Use silicone or foam pads to build your picture up.
In the circle you can adhere one of the toppers from the die cut sheet. I used a gold outline sticker around my oval shape picture and used 2mm foam tape to adhere one of the many text tags from the sheet. To finish I used stickles crystal on each of the teddies noses and the Easter egg basket on the front of the card. With the second card I used a round topper on the circle part of the card and tied a white ribbon around the front of the card. Finished with a text tag and stickles crystal on the teddies noses.
For the third card I changed the theme very easily by covering the eggs in the basket on the printed picture with some flowers that I cut from the sheet. I cut out the flowers a second time and once I had built up the teddies added the second lot of flowers to the basket with silicone. I also used tiny pearls on the teddies noses this time rather than stickles. For the last card I again covered the eggs in the basket this time with sticker flowers. I kept the theme by putting a large sticker flower on the card in the same color and added a brad to the centre of it. You will have 4 toppers left over and you can certainly put them to good use by block mounting them to raise them from the card. This card is an A6 size that I have embossed in the cuttlebug then used a series of die cut shapes to mount the topper. I used 1mm foam tape to lift the yellow layer off the card and then again to lift the purple oval layer off the yellow one. Finish with stickers.
I used a white 13.5cm square card and the die leftovers from the first topper card to make this one. I then mounted the topper onto an aqua oval. Finish with stickers and a text tag. I made a white card from a Marianne die then did the same die on patterned paper and adhered it to the front of the card. The topper is mounted onto a white scalloped circle and the card is finished with an oversize ribbon bow. I used a white 13.5cm square card and covered it with striped pastel paper. Onto this I glued the white cardstock that I cut the scalloped circle from in the previous card and then onto that I adhered the left over patterned paper. I also used the white scroll pieces that come with the Marianne die. I block mounted the topper onto a circle and placed in the centre of the card. 2 text tags finished the card off.
