Payments:
I accept direct deposit to my Commonwealth Bank Account, Money Orders (No personal checks) and Paypal. When paying by direct deposit please use your Name or Order Number as a reference so I know it belongs to you. I can't post your order until your payment is verified. Payment is required within 5 days of your order being placed. We also offer offline processing of credit card payments to make it easier for those who do not wish to open a Paypal account. This process is extremely secure and card details are deleted upon processing.
Paypal is a secure payment gateway to send payments using your credit card. Using Paypal is a quick, easy and safe way of using your credit card for online shopping. Your credit card details stay with Paypal and are not disclosed to third parties.
When doing your checkout the payment method is defaulted to paypal so click on the arrow beside this to drop down the other payment methods and click on the one you wish to use. If paying by direct deposit you will be able to view my bank details and if paying by money order you will see the directions for posting.
Postage:
Your order will be posted on the next business day after your payment is received. If you are concerned about your order being lost or damaged by Australia Post please register your parcel. We do not accept any responsibility for Australia Post losses.
While we take every care in the packaging of your order, damage due to mishandling while in the postal system can occur. If this happens to your order please take the issue up with Australia Post. Make sure you take the damaged parcel with you. We have no control over your order once it leaves our hands.
Your items are packed into sealable plastic bags with a cardboard insert, then placed in an envelope. The envelopes are stamped with "Photographs Do Not Bend" text. This way we are helping to ensure that envelopes are not bent and if they get wet the contents will stay dry
Refunds:
Please choose your items carefully as refunds are not given lightly. If you wish to return your purchase you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to discuss the issue.
If a refund is granted the items must be returned, in exactly the same condition they were posted to you in at your own expense.
There are no refunds under any circumstances for purchases of 3D sheets.
